UrbanEdge Developments partnered with us to handle the complete electrical wiring for a newly constructed 4-unit townhouse complex in Surrey. Each unit featured a three-level layout with open living spaces, modern kitchens, three bedrooms, and attached garages. The goal was to deliver a clean, efficient, and code-compliant wiring solution that aligned with the high-end finishes and modern amenities planned for the homes.

Our scope began at the construction stage, where we worked alongside the general contractor and project manager to route main service lines, subpanels, and full in-wall wiring across all units. We incorporated modern needs such as EV charging readiness, smart lighting, and multi-zone load distribution, ensuring long-term convenience for future residents.

Each townhouse was wired with a dedicated 200A service panel, future-ready for high-load appliances and home automation systems. All work passed municipal inspections without issue, and the client was highly satisfied with the timely, organized execution that allowed interior finishing teams to proceed without delays.
