Mrs. Emily Harper reached out to us with a vision: to transform her 20-year-old house into a sleek, functional, and energy-efficient modern home. The property, although structurally sound, was outdated in both aesthetics and functionality — with traditional lighting, old electrical outlets, and basic finishes that no longer met the needs of a contemporary lifestyle.

The goal was a full Modern Home Glow-Up, focusing on updated lighting design, smart wiring, and modern interior upgrades. Working closely with the client and her interior designer, we began by planning a new electrical layout that supported smart appliances, designer lighting fixtures, and increased load requirements for added comfort systems like underfloor heating and home automation.

We rewired all living spaces, added recessed LED lights with dimming zones, and upgraded all switches to touch-sensitive smart panels. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely modernized with accent lighting, USB-integrated outlets, and energy-efficient exhaust systems. The end result was a bright, airy, and fully automated modern home that matched both design trends and performance standards.
