BluePeak Solutions, a growing software development company, relocated to a larger commercial unit in Richmond Business Park and required a complete electrical setup for their new office space. The client needed a future-proof wiring infrastructure that would support both their immediate operations and anticipated growth.

The space consisted of open workstations, executive cabins, a dedicated server room, meeting spaces, and a staff lounge. Each zone required customized electrical distribution including workstation power points, energy-efficient lighting, data cabling, and isolated power for sensitive equipment. The client also requested a flexible wiring layout to support future reconfigurations without major rewiring.

Our team conducted a full site evaluation and collaborated with the client's IT consultant and architect to develop a tailored wiring plan. All installations were carried out using high-quality materials and adhered to local building and electrical codes. We also implemented centralized control panels for lighting and power, ensuring easy maintenance and energy efficiency. The project was completed ahead of schedule, and all systems passed inspection in the first round.
